NWOT Matching Tulip Skirt & Puplum Top Size L

Brand new without tags. Sizing tag states XL but measurements more consistent with a large in my opinion. Pit to pit 20", waist 15" and hips 19". Fabric is stretchy but doesn't look good when stretched because the color fades with stretching. Colors are more bright in person and light and dark purples with pink accents. All offers welcome and appreciated.
