NWOT Mint green tulle half-circle skirt

Never worn! Approximately a half-circle skirt from what I can tell. Several layers of lightweight tulle on top of a lining, all in a beautiful light mint green. Note: The waistband is very thick and has a tendency to turn over on itself, but this could probably be fixed with a few hand stitches if it bothers you (it didn't bother me when I tried it on - too big, sadly - but I noticed it when putting it on the dress form). NOTE: Mannequin is a standard size 0 and measures 31-24-34.
