NWOT RAGA Floral, Ruffle, High/Low Dress/ Small (sample tag attached)

RAGA NWOT Dress in floral print. The sample tag is attached but not the retail tag. Soft ruffles flow down the front of the dress starting under the bust and cascade to the floor. Dress is lined with adjustable straps. The bust fits more like an extra small although the hips are closer to a small. Side zipper P2P (Bust) 16.5 (32-33) Hips- 18” Length-67” to longest part in the back; Approximately 29” to high slit in the front. Ruffles do cover a bit further down.
