NWOT Short sleeved, Ruffle Top, capped sleeve, lined and chenille dots

Light sky-Baby blue, capped sleeved top with double ruffles and the shoulder with a dotted Swiss type pattern and crew neck. Very flattering in cool tones, but runs a bit small. 100% poly and is lined so camisole isn’t necessary. Looser fit- not tapered. Drapey.
