NWOT decorative bag. Large rings with handles that are faux leather. Straw with faux leather in twined in it. One small flap closure with snap on top. Has two open pockets inside and one zippered pocket inside. beautiful green print lining. Measures approximately 13 1/2 inches by 4 inches across the bottom and 9 1/2 inches tall. never been used
