NWOT White Carpenter Style Capri Pants 🇺🇸

Features a little red, white, & blue band on leg as seen it picture. High waisted with a rise of 12”. Way cute and perfect for spring and summer. There is a tiny little mark on front as seen in last picture but truly hardly noticeable but I believe in listing any imperfections. I’m certain it should wash out but if I washed them, they would no longer be NWOT👍🏻 Reflected in pricing.
