NWOT White Knit Dress

I love this dress and if I thought it I could pull it off, I'd keep it. Unfortunately I dont.... The dress is so soft. Really soft!! It's got vertical ribbing, and stretchy. Waist panel. Knit tie straps on the shoulders. This may not be a boutique dress, but it could be. Gorgeous. Measurements and fabric content in photos. #34
