This cute mini dress by Wet Seal is done in a burn out leopard design with short sleeves as well as a tie back. It's soft material is velvet like, but light enough for the summer months. It is Juniors Sz Large and measures 32" from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem and 15" across from armpit to armpit when laid flat. It does have a nominal amount of stretch.
