NWT Barbara Kovchok Eugenia gown. Size 10?

Gorgeous peacock green ( greenish blue?) formal gown. Spaghetti straps. Flattering bodice. Longer in the back than in the front. Barbara Kovchok is a bridal brand. The inside tag says Eugenia and has a hand written style number on the tag (114). Eugenia may be the style name. Brand new but has a seam separation in the lining. Unnoticeable and easy to fix. Needs professional steaming. This was more dress than my little steamer could handle. Could not find a size tag. I think maybe this was altered for someone at the store and they decided not to buy it and the tag was removed. Estimating an 8-10. See measurements. Measurements; Pit to pit: 18 flat Length n front: 50.5 from top of bust to hem Flat Length in back: 50 from top of zipper to floor. Waist: 31 inches around Has spaghetti straps so the overall length will be longer of course.
