NWT Blue floral fit-and-flare mini skirt

Super cute fit-and-flare mini skirt, royal blue with black floral pattern. Fully lined, thick fabric. Some indentations at the waistband from the hanger clips, please see photos for detail. Not noticeable, and will probably come out in the wash. Love this skirt, just never had a chance to wear it. NOTE: Mannequin is a standard size 0 and measures 31-24-34.
