luxe16 @peflu Hi, I double checked for you. These are flat lay measurements. The chest is between 15.5 - 16. The waist is 14 at your high waist measurement right under your bust but the dress immediately gets wider to about 16 and then for hips it can actually extend to like 22.5 with all that being

luxe16 said, it is Pictured on a mannequin size 6 that measures: Shoulders: 15 inch, Chest: 33 6/7 inch, Waist: 26 7/9 inch, Hip: 35 3/7 inch. So even with the larger mannequin chest size it still fits, however it was a little snug to close the clasp on the back. Hope this helps!
