NWT Diane von Furstenberg DVF Black and Tan Posey Silk Skirt, Size 6. I love this skirt and am so sad the proportions were off for me! Silk with a little spandex for stretch. Inset panel is also silk. Brand new condition other than the tag being marked out, also found a tiny white dot in last pic, but not at all noticeable when wearing. Elasticized waist.
