*NWT* Dress / Cover Up - Size S/M

This brand new dress has a double V neck and V back design. It has an elastic empire waist band and a stylish bow in the front. As noted in the pictures, the bow is not a drawstring. It does not have a size on it but I would say a S/M is accurate. Thanks for looking and all offers welcome!
