This is a fantastic thermometer for charting your fertility and ovulation at home! Made by Fairhaven Health, which specializes in products for women's health, it was designed specifically for fertility charting. It is accurate to 1/10th of a degree -- and reads temperatures to 1/100th of a degree -- which enables you to chart your BBT (Basal Body Temperature). It's also very easy to use. Just place it under your tongue like a regular thermometer. You just need to leave it there a little longer. It will beep when it's recorded your temperature, which you then read off the digital display. The digital memory recalls the most recent temperature reading. It is battery operated and comes with its first battery installed. The thermometer is attractive, in pink and white plastic, and lightweight (1.59 ounces).
