NWT from Nordstrom Rack. Navy blue, polyester fabric. There are strong belt loops, but this did not have a belt when purchased. You can easily snip them off or add your own belt. V neck with one button- long sleeves with buttons at the cuffs. Not lined, but with this style that seems appropriate. P2P 22” and length 40”. Smoke free home.
