Never used as it’s a bit big for my 30” chest, sadly! Best for someone at least 32”. Compatible with pretty much any standard hydration bladder; you can slide the straw through on the left or right side. Sternum strap adjusts up/down for your comfort. Pack is super lightweight, perfect for hiking, running and cycling or commuting. Lots of compartments and pockets!
