NWT Lucky Brand Button Down Tunic in Beige with Gray Plaid, Size M

This is a brand new top, tried on but not worn, has tag in pocket, not attached to shirt. This top is a viscose/cotton blend with a nice, lightly textured crisp fabric in beige with gray plaid. Fit is little odd - I dont believe it is supposed to have buttons all the way up to neck- although it can button the front looks oddly shaped unless you unbutton it down to a v-neck. Design flaw or quirk? It has a nice casual fit when top three buttons undone. Somewhat skirted in front with pleats. Retail tag says $79.
