Stunning floral watercolor dress. Fit and flare with twist detail at chest. Midi length with hi/low hem. 75% cotton, 25% silk. V-neck with hidden back zipper and pockets. Fully lined. The dress came with a very thin, leather or leather-look belt but it was no longer attached. Use your own belt or snip the belt loops. Dress can be worn either way. New with tags!
