NWT Per Se Sapphire blue satin dressy skirt, Sz 8

Beautiful colored sapphire blue satin skirt with side pleats for very flattering look. Fully lined with back zipper closure. Made by Per Se, part of the Etcetera family of women's wear. Brand-new never worn, still with tags. Great for a holiday party or dressy event!! Original retail on the skirt was $200, but I paid $139 as shown.
