NWT Royal blue textured fit-and-flare mini skirt

Brand new, never worn! Fashion Star for Express, fun skirt fitted through the hips, then flared. False welt pockets on the front, silver exposed zipper at the back. Lightweight textured fabric, some indentations from the hanger clip (see photos) that should come out in the wash or with a good pressing. NOTE: Mannequin is a standard size 0 and measures 31-24-34.
