bought this forever ago from Target, but I’ve literally never used it. It still has the tissue paper inside! It’s so adorable, but I just have to accept that if I haven’t worn it yet, I’m never going to (plus yellow isn’t my color). The brand is A New Day and the it’s a little more yellow than the pictures. it’s between neon and butter yellow
