NWT Zara lace dress (slight damage)

Slightly damaged brand new Zara black lace dress with white collar. Please see photos for details of the damage. I didn't notice this when I bought it, and when I got home and saw it, figured I would just handstitch it to get it more acceptable but never got around to it. Dress is priced accordingly. NWT, tag is marked in Norwegian Krone, for some reason. NOTE: Mannequin is a standard size 0 and measures 31-24-34.
