NWT boys size M5-6 T-shirt, ripped effect on front

NWT Boys size M5-6 short-sleeve T-shirt. Sleeves and the bottom of the shirt in front have a ripped effect. PLEASE NOTE I have taken pictures of one small defect. In the back neckline right above the size information there is a puncture hole from the plastic tags.
