NY & Co. Green and black skater dress (no belt)

Black and green color block skater dress from new york and co. Great condition, only loose thread in back and missing belt and belt loop on one side...go figure. Re-poshing. Not my style...I'm more of a sheath type than an a-line style type of woman...
