Navy Blue Dress/Top

Navy Blue dress/top off the shoulder with spaghetti straps. On picture four, the elastic has a nice design and is not stretched. This dress top has sat in my closet and not been worn. Elastic on end of sleeves. Has a second material on inside to prevent see through. I bought this to use over my Leggings but never got to use it. I put as dress/top because I am tall. But if ur height is shorter then u can pull it off as a dress. Clean with no rips. measurements flat top from side to side 22 in unstretched Sleeve from top to end 17.5 in top to Bottom 30.5 in
