Must have navy pencil skirt in size 4 Petite by First Issue Fully lined Made of 98% Worsted Wool & 2% Nylon. 1 1/2inch waist band with back button & hidden zipper & button closure. Kick pleat in back & center pleat for comfort & style. Two side front welt pockets add to this skirt's tailored lines. This lightweight skirt is in great condition. Selling as I have several other navy skirts and skirt suits. Length measures 20.75 inches. Waist band measures 12.5 flat (fits 25 inch waist).
