mommy387 @mjanifer Hello. I have very, very skinny legs and regular knee high boots do not work on me. I like these because they remind me of a Spandex material. No matter the size of your legs, they conform to your shape. The circumference of them just flat is 10”, but I feel that’s not accurate as they do stretch.
