kerrijavorka Hi! I used to own this skirt in a dusty rose color and absolutely loved it. Sadly my car was stolen with all my possessions inside back in 2006 and I've been on the hunt for a replacement ever since! Could you please tell me the measurement of the waist laying flat? I'm hoping a small will fit me.
