Neon green ruched side dress

Ruched side with string to adjust the length. Tie up Spaghetti straps. Cowl neck at the front for nice draping. Back comes to the mid back right under the shoulder blades. Makeup stains on the inside of the dress near the bust cannot be seen when worn.
