New Kathy Van Zeeland watercolor thong sandals NWT

New with tags Kathy Van Zeeland thong sandals in size 11M. These were purchased from TJMaxx. They did not come with a box but there is a tag attached to one. They have never been worn but there are 2 tiny brown stains on the fabric, shown in the last photo. I have not tried to remove it. They were purchased from the store this way and I have no idea what it is. There is also a number written on the bottom of that one in silver.
