moonrose171 Omg, I love this!!! Someone purchased a necklace from me, gave me two stars and left a comment saying "I thought this would be bigger, I guess I should have read the description better". The description included measurements for length of the necklace AND the size of the charm 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😠

roserebellion @moonrose171 Isn’t it ridiculous! The most upsetting one was when I received 2 stars for a purchase of some boyfriend jeans that someone purchased and said she didn’t realized they were youth girl boyfriend jeans and it should’ve been listed in my listing and there’s no mistaking how you search an item when everything is listed my category and my listing even had all the measurements! There was nothing wrong on my end, she didn’t search or read the listing clearly!!

moonrose171 @roserebellion omg, that's so annoying 😡 I swear, some people don't look at what they're buying. I had a lady give me 1 star because "it wasn't what she expected". I mean, there are pictures to look at! 🤯 Sometimes it feels good just knowing that I'm not alone in this crazy place we call Poshmark 😂

tkeen2013 I agree with this 100%. Omg. Love this! I am new on here, a month in, BUT I will actually stop what I am doing and open and inspect and leave comment and 5 stars cuz they’ve all been so far!!! I have one pending now, says she’s not been on since the day she bought my purchase and I’m like really!?! Anyway, oh well! Tomorrow will be the 4th day! But I sooo love this!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I always look into the person profile and it always seems to be those who are just simply on here to shop and don’t take it serious as a lot of us do. It’s in inconsiderate and rude.

roserebellion I always inspect my items and accept as soon as possible. In addition, there are those who will rate you on how it may fit when we all have different body types and I’m always thorough with my item description and we can’t be low rated because of such. It’s just how some function I guess. I’m here as a small business and take this very serious. amyjphoto The people I find most perplexing are those that buy, but have NEVER given a "love note" or bothered to accept their purchases but also sell and have received 40+ ratings/notes of their own. You would think if they sell, that they would understand the importance of accepting and rating. Great post.

I often go to their profile and find that they have no listings as if they are just here to buy so they could care less and don’t know the importance to accept, rate and leave feedback. I usually write in my thank you cards how important it is to me for the to rate and leave their feedback regarding their purchase transaction. Although, some never do😕

helncg29 Absolutely love this!!!! Couldn’t have said it better. I just recently experienced a 3 stars because a pair of boots didn’t fit. But I’ve sold the same boot to 6 other customers & have received raving reviews. Now her comment of the boots not fitting are on my post.
