normieferrie I have tried ordering since November 20th. my size 7 was not held for me because a necklace I also ordered was not available. I cannot get you to accept my order when I've tried changing to a size 8 because my 7 apparently was sold..do look at all my correspondence. it was to be a Christmas gift so not hearing has been beyond frustrating
