This is great dress for a beach town vacation. New, never worn but no tags. Size small but can fit XS too. Blue and white striped. V neck in front with one button in back. Back is a little bit open to let in that little extra breeze and add a little sexiness! Defined waist but has slight elastic in the back for that perfect fit. Buttons on front bottom half are decorative. Shirring detail on shoulder. Midi length. Chest is 34” Waist is 25” unstretched but stretches to over 30” Length is 43”
