New York & Company blouse - size L - multi colored pattern of blues

Blouse is used but in great condition, can I see any flaws or issues. It is a beautiful multi colored pattern of bluest blouse is cinched at the bottom, has a button closure on back of neck. Sleeves have ties in each end and a slit along the arm.
