New York Times SQ Halter Black Flower Dress (M)

This dress is a very casual dress and what makes it unique is the texture of the fabric and the crinkled gathered look. Yes it is supposed to look like a messy pleating fabric. This was a bit harder to measure because since it is a halter top it can be made small or larger. The waist was about a 36 but should not be worn tight because of the fabric. The mannequin is Bust of 34 ½ and a waist of 27 1/2
