landerites @salgals_closet , Hi Sally! Thanks for reaching out. Your cover shots look good and I see you put the name brand in the listing. Two things I did notice, I see you offer to take financial transactions off PM. Since this is against PM policies and procedures, it scares a lot of people away. People who use off site financial transactions can get their closets closed. I've read about posher's whom associate with people doing this also get their closets closed.

landerites @salgals_closet If you want to specifically sell on Posh, it would behoove you and your listings to specify you only follow PM rules. I know I will not purchase from sellers who accept payments offsite. Once you make this change, contact me and we will gladly share your listings. Also, only sell women's items. No children's items, men's or counterfeit items.

Again, change your closet to only following PM rules and when other posher's see this they will know you're serious and will be more than happy to share so you have more visibility, hence more sales. landerites @salgals_closet , I read you accept lay pal, I can't type the name because PM blocks that term. If people ask you if you take play pals tell them no. Under your listings just state you follow all PM rules and then you'll never be faced with that situation. :)

landerites @salgals_closet , I saw it on one or two of your sold listings. People will definitely over look that. Your current listings look great. One great way to gain exposure is to do the follow game. Also, go to My closet or other's closets and start following my followers, people I follow, etc. you can also ask co-hosts to pick an item from your closet as a Host Pick.

salgals_closet Ohh I see. I went through my old listings and I just saw that I did mentioned about play pal. I was new and thought it was another process people were doing along with the pm. My bad. I haven't made any transaction outside of pm though.

salgals_closet Sorry, have to bother you once again. I made a purchase on pm and the item I got was not as described. I got the shoes about a week ago and decided to wear them today. 2 mins on my feet, the shoes interior lifted, as in both sides were glued in from repaired. What can I do now? (I have the same shoes I got 18 years ago and mine are still great!)

landerites @salgals_closet , Hi Sally. Don't ever think you're bothering me!!!!! I always, always will help you! I would message PM right away. Be sure to include the order number. I think if you go to: My Purchases, click on that purchase and tap on order not as described or something like that, at the bottom of the screen will have a link to PM support. It will bring up the email, to them and automatically fill in the order number.

landerites @sparklefalls , Hi Lindsay! Sometimes when you tag someone, they may not be following you or the persons closet you're trying to tag them in. Since you were commenting on my listing in my closet, it pulled up my name. Basically if you are replying to a post, it will pull up the names which begin with the letter you begin with. Sometimes it doesn't and you have to remember their @ name.

landerites @sparklefalls , hosting or co-hosting is by invite. PM will determine who will be chosen to co-host a party and its all about stats, if you follow PM rules and are an active member. There are a lot of people requesting to co-host so it can take a while before you're chosen.

landerites @chicbabygirl this is a great question. This is Just my opinion but whatever the theme of the party at night is, if some of your listings fit into that, this is when I would lower. Also on the weekends. Basically when you feel as you're getting the most notifications. I notice I get a lot of traffic on the weekends and when the posh parties begin at night. It takes a little psychoanalysis but when you see the most traffic with your closet is when I would recommend dropping the price :) 💕

landerites @chicbabygirl , I hope this info works for you. I wouldn't want to ever steer you in the wrong Direction. I know I've lowered prices at totally wrong times and nothing happens. I learned to just wait until I see a lot of visibility. Keep pushing for Host Pics.

landerites @chicbabygirl I have only asked once but over time I have become friends with people who eventually host and they choose my items. It has taken a lot of time and work but I really feel after laying a solid foundation and making some true friends, your closet takes off on its own.

landerites @chicbabygirl I was stuck around 10k followers for some time and due to me sharing and helping people out I now on average gain 1k followers per day. It's crazy how it happens. I can't believe I have 75k followers. Just keep working hard, stay honest and you will do amazing.

landerites @debbie17 , Hi Debra! Thank you for reaching out! Mark one or multiple items for the bundle as NFS. Choose which ever listing you want, take a photo from each other listing for the bundle and add them under the first listing you choose. If there are more than 4 items, you can also create a photo collage by using the app picture collage on your iPhone. It's a free app and extremely user friendly.

landerites @debbie17 Most sellers give a discount to people buying bundles. Set a price to this new price you both agree on and change the price when you edit the listing. This way the buyer pays shipping once. :) Here is a helpful tip. After creating the bundle listing, mark the price really high, then have the buyer "like" the listing and then drop it to the agreed amount. This way the buyer will most likely receive discounted shipping. :)

landerites @debbie17 , Hi, I hope it's helpful. It's tough trying to be vague but descriptive because PM Changed the comments to 500 characters or less. I understand why they did this (to prevent People from mass tagging); however, I've never been a mass tagger, so it makes the honest people suffer. People still get around it, they just post more than one comment. Maybe they will change it back.

landerites @debbie17 Until then I cut and paste. Lol Bundling at the beginning will be time consuming but you will get the hang of it. If you keep your cover picture stored on your phone it's easy. I learned the hard way by deleting my pictures and having to retake them :/

kit_kidm @landerites Hi there! I'm really trying to expand my visibility on PM and get more involved in the community. I came across this thread and was seeing some really helpful tips and insight. One thing you mentioned was not selling men's or children's items. Is this not PM compliant and prevents becoming a SU? I am trying to make sure I am PM compliant and desperately want to become a SU.
