New w Tags, Vintage JCP Worthington Black Blazer Jacket in Size 4

New with tags, Vintage JC Penny black blazer jacket. It dates to the 90s but has never been worn. The jacket is lined and has 2 pockets in the front. A single button closes the jacket. At the bottom of the sleeves are 4 buttons. The jacket does have padded shoulder pads. 75 percent polyester, 19 percent rayon and 6 percent spandex. Washable jacket. In nice shape in size 4.
