Can the dog stick their head out while being carried in the bag?

Can the bag be machine washed? Does the bottom (inside) of the bag have a firm bottom to support the dog? Is there a removable liner that can be washed?

@ghashi no, cannot be machine washed, it does have a hard piece in bottom for support, and no removable inside liner. There is mesh siding but dog cannot stick his head out.
