Look at this awesome jacket from Nicole Miller! This vintage piece is a rare find. It is white with a ruffle design on the sides to accentuate the silhouette. It has button details on the wrists. The zipper is asymmetrical, and you can wear the collar up or down. It even has shoulder pads! It does not have pockets. Cotton/nylon/polyester blend.
