Nicora Johns Shoes Vegan Italian Flats

I love these but my feet swell so it's hard for me to wear :(. Gorgeous tan flats with a black toe cap made in Italy and vegan! They're marked a size 37 which I believe is a 6/6.5. I’m a 6 and I believe these run small. Last photo shows mark on toe.
