Nine West NWT/NWOT Maxi Dress Floral Lined Elastic Waist & Short Sleeves Size 0X

Beautiful floral dress with pink, red and white that looks somewhat like a watercolor painting. The elastic waist and elastic sleeves provide some extra stretch. It has a soft white lining and long slits on either side which add nice touches to this pretty dress! It has a keyhole with one button closure at the neckline. In the title it says NWT/NWOT because it has a partial tag (see photo) and an extra button in an attached bag, so this dress is definitely new.
