I normally would not say anything about someone's sale, but this I couldn't just let go. You can cancel the transaction and re-list the bracelet with or without the charms and sell the charms by themselves.

Thank you for agreeing, I hate to see people get taken advantage of when they don't know the real value of their item, the buyer knew the value of the bracelet and is just mad that she might lose her deal, I believe the seller should cancel and either keep or sell for a higher price
