Nooworks Vogtsmith dress with straps, fits like a small (EUC)

This knee-length dress is an older Nooworks style and print. I bought this with the tag cut off, so I don't know the exact size, but I think the measurements would fit a small: ptp 16" and waist 14". I never wore it and it is in excellent condition. The material is a thick, cotton twill, with no stretch. There is a zipper in the back.
