Notches Blouse Sailor

Vintage long sleeve button down blouse manufactured by Notches. It has a nautical style with white base and dark blue accents. Size is 16 and lying flat it measures about 23" armpit to armpit, 26" top shoulder to bottom hem, and has 22 1/2" long sleeves. There's one tiny stain on the shoulder, shown in photos. At the top button, there's a tiny snap button and there's buttons hidden under the collar but not sure their purpose. One wrist cuff button was replaced. ⛵
