Nubian Queen beaded skirt

Rich mustard color rayon with beading at waist (pic 2) with embroidery, beading and shells at the hem (pics 4 & 5). Elastic waist with internal tie belt and side slits. The label says 3X (pic 3) but I think that's incorrect. Size specifics are: elasticated waist 33 -42, hips 54, and length 37. It is 100% rayon, made in India in the 2000's. The label says hand wash.
