OH MY GAUZE! Black Beth capri pants

This is a short capri gauze pant. Oh my gauze sizes are usually 1, 2 or 3. These are a size 1 in Black. There is a side slit hemline with a cute button. If you need further information, please advise. New, but without tags. Been hanging in my closet.
