Off shoulder t-shirt dress

NWT from Old Navy in a size 4, this is a t-shirt dress with a very open neckline making it off shoulder with small sleeves. it actually is very pretty on, hanging like this does not do it justice laying flat pit to pit it is 24 in well the length is 40 in.
