Off-The-Shoulder 70s Vintage Hippie Top This is a stunner of a blouse, fitted at the waist with a band of interwoven elastic. Embroidered entirely by hand and finished with cotton lace trim. The shoulder interior elastic is great. Structurally in excellent condition. Authentic from the 70s. *small age spots on the bust UNDER the embroidered panel.
