It’s new! Never worn. I got two sizes and lost my window to return this one. I would say it runs small ( I kept the XL and usually wear old navy L). This dress is great and I even wear it without a bra. It’s double fabric so no see through at all. The tie straps are great and if you doble knot it they stay all day. I ordered a Tall and it hits right above my knees because I needed more coverage than the mini.
