Old Navy Open Front Short Cardigan, Periwinkle Blue

Old Navy open-front cardigan sweater in periwinkle blue. Lightweight, soft cotton/viscose blend. Slightly cropped - hit me just above the waist. Tag size XS, measures 17" pit to pit across the back, 20" long. Good used condition - light wash wear but no stains or snags.
